StachetoberFest is an annual mustache competition, drawing 700+ firefighters and friends from all over Southern California to Stone Brewing Company for a night of charitable festivities. Firefighters (mostly men) grow mustaches prior to the event and are rewarded accordingly. Stone brewery donates a portion of beer sales and local venues donate likable goods and services to be bid and raffled to the patrons. StachetoberFest comes to the aid of fire fighters/public safety and their families in times of tragedy and financial hardship. We have covered CA treatments and travel expenses for those treatments. We have aided several widows in the passing of their breadwinners through mortgage coverage, car payments and kid’s schooling, present and future. We sent Suzeth, the daughter of slain Police officer, Laura Perez to Disneyland for 3 days, fulfilling a promise her mother had given to her prior to her death in 2014. We also paid out a year’s-worth of mortgage payments for her unprepared grandparents in order for them to move into a kid friendly home and school district.

We give back in the same manner to the men and women that sacrifice their time and lives to provide the public with that security.
